Reunion Update

Updates on our reunion :-

1) Tarikh : 28, 29 & 30 (November 2009)
- Checking in on 28th Nov at 3pm
- Check out on 30th 12pm

Note: Ali & Lis until 29th only..what about the rest..pls confirm

2) Number of room booked : 10 rooms (facing swiming pool?)

3) Room rates : RM240 x 2 nights = RM480
(normal rate RM300++)

4) Total participants : dalam 50 org
a. Raduwan + family (5 org)
b. Yatim + family (6 org)
c. Ali + family (7 org)
d. Soper + family (4 org)
e. Lis + family (6 0rg)
f. Emie + family (6 org)
g. Sham + family (8 org)..gagao anak 6 kan?
h. Yazid + family (4 org)
i. Mat Lani + family ( ?)

- no of pax required for dinner and activities

5) Other expenses
- RM150/ person for activities + RM200/dinner
- collect and kalau ada extra kita return masa balik
- So total cost per family = RM830

- Family sand castle contest (terbaik dapat hadiah)

12.30 pm - Lunch
Afternoon - Free & easy (nak bwk family jln2 gi beli kepok lekor, gi pasar payang, main swimming pool etc
- Golf

8pm - Dinner BBQ
11pm - Dinner end

30th Nov (Mon)
7.30am - Bfast
9.00am - Mini Amazing Race in Awana Kijal Resort
11.30 am - Ready to check out
12.00pm - Check out

Ini just propose..mintak bagi feedback at least we can check dgn Hotel whether they can accomodate our requirement and to estimate cost.

Planter's Guild bercadang untuk mengadakan MEGA GATHERING sometimes next year.All are invited...dari JALAN OTHMAN, ARAU, KUANTAN, JENGKA, SABAH, SARAWAK,KUALA PILAH...Ini diilhamkan oleh Prof Madya Hj Khafiruddin from UiTM Pahang(First Batch of DPIM UiTM Arau).

Brothers and sisters, please start gathering information of your class mates andcollege mates so it will be easy for the soon to be selected steering committee to sent the invitations later.
